The Marketing Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and communication strategies, crafting compelling press releases, and managing strategic communications initiatives. The MarCom Manager will also direct the digital strategy globally. The role will involve collaborating with global cross-functional teams, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring the consistent and effective delivery of the company’s brand message across platforms.SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Marketing Communications Manager will play an integral role in marketing communications, sales promotional activities, product launches, digital marketing, market research and internal communication for our company. To be successful in this exciting and critical role, you must be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-faced and dynamic environment.REPORTING TO: President/CEODUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Coordinates the design and development of marketing communications and promotional materials.Develops online content to drive brand awareness and increase social media audiences and engagement across all channels.Plans and executes trade shows and other customer events.Develops and builds impactful go-to-market strategies for product launches.Administers the company’s Customer Relationship Management software by editing master records and running / distributing reports.Prepares marketing reports that interpret market conditions, the competitive landscape, potential sales opportunities and customer needs.Aids in coordination of internal communications and meetings.QUALIFICATIONS:Proven expertise in Marketing Communications, Strategic Communications, and developing integrated messaging strategies.Knowledge of public relations and communications principles and practicesStrong skills in crafting and distributing Press Releases and other external communication materials.Experience in Project Management, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analyticsWebsite management including SEO and WordPressExcellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with a capability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills for working across teams and stakeholder groups.Skills/Abilities: (Typical skills and abilities may include the following):Action-oriented, motivated self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit/strong sense of personal ownershipStrong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate cross-functionally and interface within the organizationAbility to multi-task and consistently meet deadlinesDemonstrated ability to think critically; to be flexible and adaptable while responding to the changing business environment and demands; and to anticipate and influence changesAbility to make formal presentationsProficiency in full Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); familiarity with Adobe and Canva platformsEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:MinimumBachelor’s degree in business or marketing with 5+ years of experience in marketing, product management, managing and publishing digital content and advertising.COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:In compliance with Colorado’s “Equal Pay for Equal Work Act,” the Company provides the following information:Job Type: Full-TimeBase Salary: $60,000 - $65,000Eligible for discretionary holiday bonusChoice of health care plans with company subsidized premiumsDental and vision plans available with company subsidized premiumsFSA and HSA plans availableCompany-paid short-term and long-term disability and life insurance401(k) plan: Safe Harbor Match – 100% of first 1% contribution and 50% on next 5% contribution; a total of 3.5% match on 6% contributionVoluntary supplemental life insurance, accident insurance, legal & ID theft protection benefitsPaid Time Off: 3 weeks annuallyPaid Holidays: 10 days annuallyA great work culture!Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insurance
