Material HandlerOrder Picker / Cherry Picker Location: Tracy, CA Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PMJob Description:A Day in the Life:Receive, store, and distribute materials or productsOperate equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers, and cherry pickersMaintain inventory accuracy and documentation using warehouse management systems (WMS)Load and unload shipments, ensuring proper handling and placementConduct quality control activities to maintain product standardsCoordinate with team members and other departments for efficient workflowEducation Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent is required.Experience:Required: Minimum of 2 years of experience in distribution, warehouse, supply chain, or a related fieldPreferred: Experience with powered industrial trucks (e.g., order pickers, forklifts)Preferred: Experience in a cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) environmentKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking softwareStrong attention to detail and accuracy in handling materials and documentationAbility to safely operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and order pickersPhysical Requirements:Able to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs on a regular basisCapable of standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periodsManual dexterity to operate equipment and safely handle materialsAble to work in varying warehouse temperaturesWork Environment:Work is performed in a warehouse/distribution center settingMay be exposed to noise from equipment and machineryPersonal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety shoes and eye protection is requiredFast-paced environment with multiple tasks and deadlines
