Laborer - Port Operations

Location: Leetsdale Industrial Park - near Sewickley, Ambridge, Aliquippa, Coraopolis, Moon Township, Baden, Franklin Park, Wexford, Robinson Township Bi-weekly Hiring Open House on Wednesdays from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm starting March 25, 2026. Every other Wednesday, we will hold on-site interviews with no appointment needed. Headquartered in Ambridge, PA, we operate 400+ trucks and 40+ terminals throughout the United States. Position Summary - General LaborThe Port of Beemac in Leetsdale Industrial Park operates 24/7. In this role, you will safely load and unload material from barges, trucks, and railcars in a heavy-industrial, outdoor environment. Forklift or crane experience is a plus - but not required - we will train the right people. Shifts Available: 7AM or 7PM (10-12 hr. shifts) Pay Information$18-$20/hour to start Up to $2.00/hour increase after successfully completing the 90-day probationary period Hiring Incentives & Perks$500 bonus at 90 days + $1,000 at 180 days, for qualifying employees $100 monthly bonus after 180 days, for qualifying employees Shift differential for nights/weekends$500 employee referral bonus $150 safety boot allowance (steel-toe / muck boots) Full ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership) Medical/Dental/Vision, 401(k) + match, PTO, Holidays Who We're Looking ForHard-working, quick-thinking, reliable team players Able to work outdoors year-round (heat, cold, rain, etc.) Flexibility to work weekends/overtime when required Reliable transportation to Leetsdale Industrial Park Ability to lift 60lbs routinely Must pass drug screen, non-DOT physical, and lift test Requirements Job Qualifications:Ability to pass training and required testing. Must have a flexible schedule, including availability work weekends. Must be willing to work shifts and/or overtime hours during the week/weekends as dictated by operations. Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. frequently. Willing to work in areas with full exposure to the elements year-round. Must have recent work history and a proven track record working cross-functionally. Ability to work well with all levels of team members with different backgrounds and needs. Must be able to work independently based on periodic guidance and direction.
