Qualified Candidates must be able to work onsite Monday through Friday from 8:00AM - 4:30PM.Responsibilities:Process organization’s payroll and complies payroll data to maintain accurate payroll records.Audits payroll information for accuracy.Participants in problem solving and special projects within the payroll department.For example Data bridge issues, PTO issues, etime issues.Ensures payroll-related transactions are processed in compliance with external and internal policies.Administer Time and Attendance System through ADP to ensure all associates are paid accurately.Audits time worked inputs for calculation, coding or other errors.Oversees payroll adjustments, including PTO and other voluntary time off, retro payments, pay cards.Fields and responds to payroll inquiries and resolves discrepancies.Establish and maintain positive working relationships with employees and coworkers at all levels of the business.Upholds knowledge of rules and laws which govern the policy of the payroll administrative practices.
