Adecco is currently seeking a reliable Material Handler:Job SummaryWe are seeking a dependable and hardworking Material Handler to support daily warehouse operations. The Material Handler is responsible for moving, storing, and organizing materials, products, and inventory throughout the warehouse. This role plays a key part in ensuring materials are handled safely, accurately, and efficiently to support production, shipping, and receiving activities.Key ResponsibilitiesLoad, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using manual labor or warehouse equipmentTransport materials to designated storage areas, production lines, or shipping zonesAssist with receiving and inspecting incoming shipments for accuracy and damagePick and stage materials or products for orders and shipmentsMaintain accurate inventory by labeling, scanning, and tracking materialsOperate equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or hand trucks (if certified)Follow warehouse safety procedures and company policiesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentAssist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and warehouse organizationCommunicate with supervisors and team members regarding inventory needs or issuesQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious warehouse or material handling experience is a plusAbility to lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 lbs or moreComfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting for long periodsAbility to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentBasic math and organizational skillsForklift certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)Skills & CompetenciesAttention to detailPhysical stamina and reliabilityTime management and productivityTeamwork and communicationBasic inventory or warehouse management system knowledge (preferredPayrate range $20-$22 / hr based on exp 35-40 Hours per week1st Shift 7:30-4pmPay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
