Customer Account Representative Duties: Drive client engagement, conveying product features, advantages, and benefits in a clear and compelling manner Build lasting relationships with clients by diving into their needs, engaging in a friendly but professional manner, and resolving any concerns in a timely manner Foster a collaborative and supportive environment for all team members Develop a deep understanding of the company’s product offerings, staying up-to-date on industry trends and market dynamics to provide informed recommendations to customers Participate in regular training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills Comply with all company policies and procedures while interacting with customers Preferred Customer Account Representative Qualifications: Prior experience in Leadership, Management, Account Manager, Customer Service, Sales, or related fields is preferred A determined and resilient attitude, capable of handling rejection, setbacks, and challenges while maintaining a positive attitude A desire to grow and advance quickly from an entry-level position Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Must be available to work on-site at our office location Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,500.00 - $57,500.00 per year Work Location: In person
