Project Manager Location: San Luis Obispo County, CA Company: Rogall + Co. The Role The Project Manager is the bridge between sales and operations. You will take ownership of projects from pre-construction through completion-ensuring jobs are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest level of quality. This role requires strong communication, planning, and leadership. You will work directly with customers, field teams, and vendors to drive project success while upholding the Rogall standard. What You'll Do Project OwnershipLead planning, execution, and completion of projects across painting, carpentry, and exterior servicesManage project timelines, sequencing, and daily progress to ensure on-time deliveryOversee project revenue, budgets, and profitability Customer ExperienceServe as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycleSet expectations, provide updates, and ensure a high-quality client experienceSupport the sales process by helping refine scopes and build trust with clients Operations & CoordinationCoordinate with field managers and crews to align on daily goals and executionManage material intake, staging, and job readinessCoordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure materials and services are delivered on schedule Systems & ProcessUtilize project management and estimating tools to track job performanceIdentify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement in operationsEnsure proper documentation, communication, and handoff between teams What We're Looking For1-2+ years of experience in project management within construction, home services, or related fieldStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong logistical thinker with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindsetExperience using project management and estimating toolsBachelor's degree in Construction or related field preferred, but not requiredSales experience preferred, but not requiredValid driver's license required Compensation & BenefitsUp to $120,000 base salaryBonus potential tied to performanceCompany vehicleBenefits packageRelocation package potential Why RogallBe part of a growing company redefining home services on the Central CoastWork alongside a team that values craftsmanship, accountability, and continuous improvementOpportunity to grow into senior leadership as we scale Our Standard We show up prepared.
