We place high value on training and professional development, encouraging you to broaden and strengthen your unique skill sets so you can fully realize your potential.Job DescriptionPerformance Contracting is seeking an experienced Project Engineer for its PCI Seattle 552 operations based in Woodinville, WAJob ResponsibilitiesPerform labor control on assigned projects, including setup and maintenancePrepare RFI's and submittalsQuantitative takeoffs to verify estimates, order materials, and price change ordersCreate and implement job schedules and coordinate with field supervisors and foremenCreate and manage punch lists and job closeout documentationSupport the Quality Control measures outlined in the QA/QC programAssist in other duties as assignedSalary range: $80,000-$90,000 annual salary plus non-guaranteed annualized bonus program.
