Key Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruitment for nursing and allied health positions and travel/contract healthcare roles Source, screen, and engage candidates through multiple channels while overseeing the candidate experience from outreach to onboarding Partner with clients to understand staffing needs and collaborate with global teams to support recruiting initiatives Qualifications 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting, including healthcare staffing experience Proven experience supporting or working with offshore or global recruiting teams Proficient in ATS and sourcing tools Familiarity with healthcare credentialing and compliance standards preferred
