Job Description:The Cook prepares and presents high-quality food according to restaurant standards. This role coordinates with other kitchen staff, manages multiple orders, and ensures proper food handling and sanitation.Responsibilities:Prepare and cook menu items for breakfast, lunch, or dinner serviceFollow recipes and adjust cooking times as neededMaintain quality, portion control, and presentation of dishesCoordinate timing with servers and other kitchen staffMonitor inventory and assist with ordering suppliesEnsure cleanliness and organization of kitchen stationsComply with food safety and sanitation regulationsAssist with training and supervising kitchen staff as neededRequirements:Previous experience as a cook or chef in a commercial kitchenAbility to work all stations and prepare a variety of dishesKnowledge of food safety and culinary techniquesAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
