In this role, you will provide expert legal counsel and advocacy for clients navigating family law matters, including divorce, child custody, parenting time, and child and spousal support issues. Your energetic approach and strong negotiation skills will help clients achieve favorable outcomes while ensuring their voices are heard and protected. *Duties* * Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and parenting time * Proactively manage family law cases from start to finish * Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to resolve disputes efficiently and amicably * Prepare for and appear in court hearings, mediations, and trials to advocate vigorously for clients’ interests * Maintain detailed case files, document interactions, and track case progress diligently * Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to ensure timely case management and client communication *Requirements* * Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active bar admission in relevant jurisdiction * 2-10 years of proven experience in family law * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively in court settings * Excellent research skills * Exceptional legal writing and drafting skills for creating clear, persuasive documents * Familiarity with legal administrative processes and case management software * Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail The firm provides a supportive and flexible working environment with opportunities for professional development, and benefits including: medical, dental, vision insurance, 401k, paid parking and fitness center.
