English/Spanish preferred.Required Education:No education requirementsRecommended Education:High school diploma or GED or equivalentRequired Work Experience:Entry Level - Experience not Required.Recommended Work Experience:Required Certifications:Recommended Certifications:Description1. Arranges community resources needed for patients and assists the Registered Dietitians by preparing necessary information needed for referrals, WIC, school programs, etc.2. Documents interactions in Notes section of Electronic Medical Record.3. Answers telephone calls from home health companies, WIC offices and schools and documents those interactions in the Telephone Interaction record.4. Adds notes to electronic medical record detailing WIC/home health company prescriptions that have been completed.5. Copies materials. Keep the Copy Room and other areas of the department neat and orderly.6. Organizes and delivers donated formula stock to Registered Dietitian, when needed.7. Accepts other assignments from Registered Dietitians when time permits, such as, typing, entering data, filing etc.8. Performs other duties as assigned.
