Marketing Coordinator Job Description-Key Responsibilities:Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and monitor engaging social media posts across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) to promote team listings, successes, and market updates.Email Marketing: Coordinate designs and send out email campaigns to clients and prospects, including property updates, newsletters, and promotional content.Listing Updates: Keep the team’s listings current across all digital platforms, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency. Specifically managing Costar and our Lee website. Digital File Organization: Maintain and organize the team’s digital files, including marketing materials, client information, and property documents.Brochure Creation & Editing: Coordinate designs, updates, and edit marketing brochures for properties and team promotions. Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva is a bonus. Event Coordination: Plan and organize open houses, client meetings, and team events. This includes scheduling, making reservations, coordinating logistics, and preparing materials.Client Meeting Support: Arrange client meetings, including in-office setups, coordinating refreshments, and preparing any required presentation materials.Team Productivity Ideas: Contribute creative ideas to improve team productivity, such as workflow optimizations, collaboration tools, or client engagement strategies.Administrative Support: update leasing reports for clients, assist with redlining documents when asked, add broker-sent comps into our team’s database and keep the file organized by year and submarket, organize conference room and Microsoft/zoom meetings, Team Finances: monitor outstanding commissions and ensure timely invoicing. Update TIP sheets as requested, and track payments received by the team. Record and manage team expenses, including client gifts, lunches, and other expenditures. Track intern hours (if applicable) and assist with overall financial oversight when needed.
