Senior Director of Clinical Data Science

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Clinical Data Science. Key Responsibilities Lead the enterprise strategy for clinical data science, including predictive modeling and causal evaluation of clinical programs Develop and deploy advanced models to identify and prioritize members for clinical interventions Build and mentor a high-performing team of data scientists while ensuring models align with operational workflows Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative discipline or four years of experience in lieu of a degree; Master's Degree preferred 8+ years of experience in data analysis, statistics, or related fields Deep experience with predictive models using large healthcare datasets Strong expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, and causal inference methods Proficient in programming languages and tools such as Python, R, and SQL
