Job Title: Golang Developer with AWS Location: Richmond, VA - OnsiteW2 ContractJob Description:Backend Development in Golang: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable backend systems and microservices using Go, following clean code and high-performance coding standards.AWS Expertise (Mandatory): Hands-on experience with core AWS services such as Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, IAM, and API Gateway for developing and deploying cloud-native applications.Java Development (Mandatory): Proficiency in Java for legacy system integration, cross-platform development, or specific service components that require Java.CI/CD & Infrastructure Automation: Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions; automate infrastructure with Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.API Development & Integration: Build and integrate RESTful and gRPC APIs, ensuring secure and efficient service communication.Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Use monitoring and logging tools like AWS CloudWatch, Prometheus, or ELK to ensure application health, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.Agile Collaboration: Work within Agile/Scrum teams, participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and deliver high-quality features aligned with project timelines.Mandatory Skills:Golang (Primary backend language)AWS (Core Services)Java (Core development experience)
