This role owns product strategy and execution across the full lifecycle from concept and customer discovery through development, launch, and market adoption.Reporting to the CTO, this role works closely with engineering, data science, sustainability solutions, business development, and customer-facing teams to translate complex agricultural and environmental challenges into scalable, market-ready technology solutions. A critical component of this role is proven ownership of go-to-market strategy for new technology products, ensuring product-market fit, customer adoption, and commercial success.Primary Job ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & VisionDefine and execute a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with company strategy and market opportunitiesProduct OpportunityIdentify and validate opportunities for new digital products, analytics, and AI-driven tools that support agronomy, sustainability, and carbon market use casesGo-to-Market Strategy (MUST HAVE)Own and lead go-to-market strategy for new SaaS and technology product launches, from early validation through commercializationGo-to-Market EnablementPartner with marketing, sales, and customer success to define positioning, pricing inputs, messaging, and launch plansProduct Adoption & Market ReadinessEnsure products are market-ready with clear value propositions, target customer segments, and adoption strategiesPost-Launch PerformanceMeasure and optimize post-launch performance, customer uptake, and product success metricsProduct Development & Lifecycle ManagementLead end-to-end product lifecycle management, including requirements definition, prioritization, launch, and iterationRequirements & SpecificationsTranslate customer, market, and business needs into clear product requirements and technical specificationsCross-Functional DeliveryPartner closely with engineering and UX/UI teams to deliver scalable, intuitive, and high-quality SaaS productsSpeed, Quality & Customer FocusBalance speed, quality, and technical feasibility while maintaining a strong customer-centric focusAnalytics, AI & Data-Driven SolutionsGuide the development of analytics, AI, and data-driven capabilities that support decision-making across agronomy, soil health, sustainability, and carbon outcomesData Integrity & UsabilityCollaborate with data science teams on predictive models, algorithms, and insights generation; ensure data integrity, scalability, and usability across digital productsStakeholder Collaboration & Product EvangelismServe as the primary product voice across internal teams and external stakeholders; communicate product vision, roadmap, and value clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, including customers and partnersCross-Functional AlignmentPartner cross-functionally to ensure alignment across product, engineering, commercial, and customer success teamsKey Competencies / Requirements7+ years of experience in product management, with significant experience delivering SaaS technology productsMUST HAVE proven experience owning and executing go-to-market strategy for new technology or SaaS productsStrong background in agriculture, agronomy, sustainability, carbon markets, or environmental data-driven solutionsDemonstrated success building and launching data-intensive or analytics-driven productsDeep understanding of customer discovery, product-market fit, and commercial product launch dynamicsExperience working closely with engineers, data scientists, agronomists, and environmental expertsStrong technical fluency; comfortable working with analytics platforms, cloud-based architectures, and data productsExperience with tools and technologies such as AWS, SQL, Tableau/Power BI, Python, or similar (hands-on not required, fluency expected)Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong business acumen with the ability to balance customer needs, technical constraints, and market opportunityResults-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environmentEmployment EligibilityOnly applicants currently, and in the future, eligible to work in the United States will be considered for this position.About Arva IntelligenceArva is a machine learning software-based SaaS company with offices located in Houston, TX and Park City, UT.
