Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and process-focused Recruiting Assistant to join our HR Resource Center. As a key member of our recruiting support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional support to our recruiting team, ensuring timely and accurate completion of offer letter generations and candidate pre-employment onboarding requirements – this requires and a high level of data accuracy and integrity.Hybrid 3 days a week in Charlotte Office; 5/40 shiftPrimary Roles & ResponsibilitiesRecruiting Support: Provide administrative support to the recruiting team, including offer letter generation, Applicant Tracking System (ATS) status updates, and applicant travel support.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of solutions that enhance the candidate experience, reduce errors, and improve efficiency.Data Management: Process and maintain accurate and timely data entry for recruiting transactions, including new hire offer letters, background, drug screening and past employment verification.Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely and effective communication and resolving any issues that may arise during the offer and pre-employment process.Candidate Pre-Employment: Initiate and track candidate through the pre-employment process screening.Collaboration and Escalation: Work collaboratively with peers and the team lead to resolve candidate issues and escalate or transfer issues as needed.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate offer letters and post candidate on-boarding documents to the portal.Provide onboarding and orientation support to new hiresWork with background and relocation vendors as well as internal customers to facilitate clearing candidates for startCreate Purchase Orders for relocation expensesPerform transaction processing, including employee data changes, new hires, terminations, and transfersPerformance Metrics:Data accuracy and completenessTimeliness of data transactionsAdherence to established data quality standards and guidelinesCandidate satisfaction and experience metricsWork EnvironmentThis is a production environment, and as such, you will be held accountable to daily KPI metrics.The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.Other opportunities and responsibilities may be assigned to support business and customer requirements.Required Education, Experience, & Skills1-2 years of experience in HR Operations, Recruiting, or a related fieldAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlinesTechnical savviness, with experience in HR systems, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS (e.g., PeopleSoft)Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracyFamiliarity with metrics and reporting toolsBachelor's degree in a related field (strongly preferred)Preferred Education, Experience, & SkillsProficiency in PeopleSoft, BrassRing, or other HR systemsExperience with data management and reporting tools, such as Excel, SQL, or data visualization softwareFamiliarity with data governance and compliance regulationsAbility to utilize HR systems to document and track employee data transactionsPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $50277 - $80443Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
