Apply now!!!Recruitment, Relocation, and Student Loan Incentives may be authorized.2026 Salary Range: $55,882-$97,087 YearlyJob Open Date: 06/04/2026Job Close Date: 06/15/2026Who May Apply: U.S. CitizensIn this position you will serve as a technical analyst for evaluating, planning, and working with customers to clarify IT requirements.Monitor and process requests received through various channels, including the IT Support and Services system, phone, email, MS Teams, and text messages.Shall be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel, TEAMS.Develops, maintains, and manages a database of customer IT requirements received through the IT Support and Services system to ensure proper tracking and assignment to designated project managers.Actively coordinate Visiting Unit Requests with internal and external organizations. Ensure that all visiting unit IT requirements are clearly defined, provisioned, and staged prior to their arrival to guarantee mission readiness.Attend meetings and present briefings. Participate in discussions, meetings, conferences, committees or special projects.RequirementsU.S. CitizenshipObtain & maintain a Security clearanceThis position may require work to be performed during hours outside the normal duty schedule.Cyberspace qualification is a condition of employment. This position includes cyberspace work as a paramount duty requirement. DoDM 8140.03, para 4.2.a.(2) requires foundational qualification requirements within 9 months of assignment to a cyberspace work role and residential qualification requirements within 12 months of assignment to a cyberspace work role. An extension waiver of up to six-months may be granted per DoDM 8140.03. Failure to maintain the proper foundational and residential qualifications may result in removal from this position.The employee may be required to travel on military and commercial aircraft to perform temporary duty.Include anything else that would screen out the person.Recruitment Knowledge Skills And Abilities1. Knowledge of a wide range of IT principles, concepts, and methods.2. Knowledge of organization’s policy and planning formulation process along with its missions and objectives to prepare IT polices and plans.3. Knowledge of budgetary processes, cost-benefit analysis methods, and analysis of performance data to prepare budget recommendations in support of IT requirements.4. Knowledge of systems architecture, integration techniques and testing methods.5. Ability to analyze complexities of existing technology, reviews, revises, and develops policy, initiates plan for enhancements, and provides management sufficient technical and cost analysis information, through written documentation and oral briefings, to render informed judgments.6.
