This role is equal parts strategic partner and business owner, responsible for delivering exceptional experiences while driving account growth and profitability. You will serve as a key client lead, guiding strategy, overseeing execution, and ensuring every program delivers measurable business impact.This position will support our Account Direction team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be based out of any of the following locations:Philadelphia, PARoyal Oak, MIFort Wayne, INGrand Prairie, TXEssential Duties & ResponsibilitiesClient Management:Serve as the primary contact for key clients, building trusted, executive-level relationshipsContribute to strategic planning, including annual account plans and experience roadmapsPositioning the agency as a proactive, value-driven partnerAccount Growth:* Support and contribute to revenue growth, pipeline development, and account expansion* Identify and help convert new opportunities across experiential, digital, and integrated solutionsProgram Oversight:* Oversee programs from concept through execution, ensuring seamless delivery* Maintain best-in-class standards across creative, production, and operationsTeam Leadership:* Lead and mentor account teams, driving accountability and performance* Align cross-functional teams across strategy, creative, production, and operationsFinancial Accountability:* Manage program and account budgets, including forecasting and margin tracking* Ensure strong scope management and financial disciplineEducation & Experience5-10+ years of experience in event marketing, experiential, or agency environmentsProven ability to manage complex, high-value accountsStrong financial acumen, including budget management, forecasting, and margin awarenessAbility to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and relationship-building skillsTravel RequirementsTravel up to 25%What We OfferThe Freeman Company provides benefits that aim to empower our people and their families to thrive mentally, physically, and financially.
