Program Manager

ResponsibilitiesKforce has a client in Livermore,CA, that is in need of a Program Manager. This resource will take over day to day Program Management Duties from the team - mostly surrounding software implementations. Summary: As a Program Manager for our Digital Transformation initiative, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a comprehensive implementation projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational change, optimize business processes, and enhance system capabilities. Your role will be critical in ensuring the successful transformation of our operations through technology.Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred PMP, Agile, or other relevant certifications are a plus Proven experience in program or project management, specifically in large-scale ERP implementations, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA. Strong understanding of business processes across various functions (e.g., finance, supply chain, operations) Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive change effectivelyDesired Skills Experience in digital transformation initiatives and change management Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
