What’s yours?Position OverviewThe Soft Shades Cutter 1 is responsible for accurately cutting and racking soft shade fabrics to customer specifications. This role ensures production efficiency, quality control, and timely order fulfillment, directly supporting departmental goals and customer satisfaction.What you'll doAccurately cut and rack soft shade fabrics according to customer specifications.Verify fabric and color against order and zone tickets for correctness.Ensure fabric is neat, properly racked, and meets quality standards.Use hand tools, cutting bars, and electric knives to perform cutting tasks.Monitor and report defective goods to the cutting supervisor.Maintain accurate records of cuts, re-cuts, and inventory adjustments.Trim fabric salvage as needed to ensure product quality.Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE during operations.
