This role assists with pre-construction walkthroughs, post-construction quality checks, materials coordination, and on-site crew support. Training will be provided, but candidates should have effective communication skills and an interest in telecommunications, construction, or project coordination. The ideal candidate has firsthand experience working with low voltage/fiber cabling, strong leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate crews, contractors, and scheduling.Why TAK?Full TimePaid WeeklyCompensation: $45K - $50K annually, DOEFull Benefits Package (Medical, Dental & Vision)Paid Time Off401(k) with Company Match!25K Company Paid Life InsuranceIndependent Work & Team CollaborationCareer Development & Advancement Opportunities!The RoleAssist with pre-construction and post-construction site walks, documentation, and property readiness assessmentsSupport installation crews as needed on field activitiesAssist in tracking project progress and help maintain accurate reports and job recordsPick-up, track, and deliver materials to job sites; maintain inventory of fiber, hardware, tools, and consumablesCommunicate effectively with property management, contractors, and internal teams regarding access, schedule updates, and site readinessHelp maintain project schedules and update timelines for pre-construction and post-construction tasksWork with crews and local management to coordinate daily tasks and weekly tasksEscalate any schedule conflicts or delays to managementServe as a support point of contact for installation crews, property managers, residents, and any site contacts as needed.Assist in documenting and resolving pre-construction and post-construction complaints, including property concerns, access issues, and damagesEnsure that all communications are clear, professional, and documentedSupport job-site inspections to ensure work meets quality standards, including:Verify cable routes, labeling, and termination standardsCheck cleanliness and professionalism of install areasDocument deficiencies and coordinate corrective actions with installation crewsHelp enforce safety protocols and company guidelines during field operationsReport on all quality issues to managementRequirements1-2 years of experience in construction, telecommunications, field operations, or property managementEffective communication and leadership skills with the ability to coordinate field personnelAbility to lift +/- 50lbs and work in both indoor and outdoor environmentsAbility to climb ladders, work in attics or basements and operate hand power toolsAbility to travel out of posted work area as neededStrong organizational, communication, and time-management skillsWillingness to learn fiber installation methods, safety protocols, and construction proceduresMust provide a valid government-issued photo ID for verification; a driver's license is required if the role involves drivingPassing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)The compensation and benefits information is accurate as of the date of this posting.
