Leasing Specialist

Job Title: Leasing SpecialistLocation: Newark, NJ (Covering Central/Northern NJ territory)Compensation: $50,000/ annually + commissionPosition Overview The Leasing Specialist is responsible for actively leasing commercial properties, maintaining strong business relationships, and contributing to the company's overall occupancy and revenue goals.
