The CIMO will be instrumental in scaling the company's digital asset business and must have a strategic vision, hands-on technical fluency, and a history of building and retaining high-performing teams of quants and data scientists. Applicants for the CIMO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in quantitative trading or portfolio leadership, with a mandatory requirement of having managed portfolios of over $20B. Mastery in algorithmic trading, XLT, on-chain data analysis, SMA, AI, and Web3 is essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in a $100B-$200B portfolio and a strong understanding of wealth management territories, particularly in Canada, Dubai, and Australia.
