Founding Sales Development RepresentativeWe are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Founding Sales Development Representative to join a growing team in New York City. This role will play a critical part in driving business growth by identifying and engaging enterprise-level prospects through strategic outbound sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B SaaS sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.This opportunity is ideal for someone looking to accelerate their career growth and develop into an Account Executive role within 612 months.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch, identify, and target enterprise-level accounts within multi-billion-dollar organizationsManage and segment prospect lists for strategic outreach initiativesConduct high-volume outbound sales activity, including cold calling and email campaignsEngage directly with key decision-makers, including Vice Presidents and C-level executivesMaintain accurate and organized CRM records, including pipeline management and follow-up activitiesConsistently meet or exceed KPIs related to meetings booked and qualified opportunities generatedCollaborate with internal sales teams to support pipeline growth and business development effortsContinuously refine outreach strategies based on prospect engagement and market feedbackQualificationsBachelor's degree from a top 30 U.S. university strongly preferred Examples include Ivy League schools, Stanford, Duke, Northwestern, Georgetown, NYU, Michigan, UVA, Berkeley, USC, and similar institutionsGraduated between 20202024 preferred23 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, outbound lead generation, or consultative sales developmentProven experience executing high-volume outbound sales strategiesStrong understanding of consultative and strategic sales methodologiesExperience engaging enterprise-level buyers and senior decision-makersProficiency using CRM tools to manage pipelines, leads, and follow-up activitiesDemonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales and pipeline generation metricsStrong executive presence, communication skills, and professional driveNYC-based or willing to work onsite in New York CityPreferred Candidate ProfileMotivated by career growth and long-term earning potentialInterested in progressing into an Account Executive role within 612 monthsDemonstrates grit, urgency, accountability, and a strong bias toward actionThrives in competitive and performance-driven environmentsGCG is one of world's leading providers of business transformation solutions related to supply chain and technology solutions for order fulfillment and marketing execution.
