Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry Level Event Coordinator to assist with promotional events, customer engagement activities, and event operations. Responsibilities Assist with planning and coordinating promotional events. Help organize event schedules, materials, and supplies. Support event setup, operation, and breakdown. Welcome attendees and engage with prospective customers. Present products and services in a professional manner. Support customer engagement and promotional activities. Help maintain organized event displays and materials. Build positive relationships with event attendees. Communicate event observations and customer feedback. Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required.
