Sample Binder Assembler The Sample Binder Assembler plays a key role in preparing and maintaining materials that represent our brand. This position focuses on assembling, organizing, and managing the product sample binders used by our sales team, ensuring each binder is accurate, consistent, and visually aligned with our standards. This is a detail-oriented, desk-based role ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, organization, and hands-on tasks that support a fast-paced team. Responsibilities Assemble and organize product sample binders for the sales team Maintain consistency in layout, labeling, and presentation across all binders Ensure all samples and materials are accurate and up to date Track binder inventory and maintain required quantities Print and apply labels to samples and binder components Coordinate shipments and ensure timely delivery to sales representatives Coordinate with sales and marketing teams on updates or changes Keep workspace clean, organized, and efficient Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to follow structured processes and maintain consistency Comfortable with repetitive, hands-on tasks Basic computer and email skills Reliable, focused, and able to meet weekly production goals Team-oriented with a proactive attitude Benefits Health, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off and holidays 401(k) with company match Opportunity for growth as the company continues to expand Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
