Onestream Developer Analytics and Insights Engineer II

Overview In this role you help clients transform finance by configuring and extending OneStream solutions for planning, forecasting, close and reporting. You will work with cross-functional teams to design and implement rules, data management, and automation, delivering stable releases and clear runbooks. The role balances technical development with testing and documentation to enable scalable, data-driven finance processes. You join a GPS-focused team solving complex public-sector finance challenges. ResponsibilitiesConfigure and develop within OneStream to support planning, budgeting, forecasting, close & consolidation, and reportingBuild and maintain business rules (calculations, validations, allocations, transformations) using OneStream toolsSupport data management activities (loads, mappings, transformations, reconciliations, error handling) within OneStream or comparable CPM platformsDevelop scripts and queries using VB.NET and/or SQL to enable automation, integrations, and troubleshootingExecute testing (unit, system, regression) and document results to ensure stable releasesTroubleshoot and resolve defects across rules, workflows, data loads, and reports, propose preventative fixesProduce technical documentation (configuration notes, rule descriptions, deployment steps, runbooks) for repeatable delivery Key requirementsBachelor’s degree2+ years of experience developing and configuring with OneStream2+ years of experience with business rules creation and data management on OneStream, Hyperion or BPC2+ years scripting experience with VB.NET or SQLAbility to travel 0-25%Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorshipOneStreamHyperionSAP BPCVB.NETSQL
