This is a hybrid in-office & on-site position.The firm delivers a wide range of projects-from ground-up developments and renovations to tenant improvements and capital upgrades-supported by a team of roughly 90 experienced professionals.Stong reputation for high-quality work in the commercial, education, hospitality, and healthcare sectors.High volume of repeat work and long-term partnerships.Growth-focused culture with strong career pathwaysStrong compensation and benefits, including $900/month vehicle allowance*Apply online today and your resume will be considered within 48 hours of application*Job DescriptionThe Senior Project Manager is responsible for:Directing overall delivery of large commercial construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and full lifecycle oversightDeveloping and managing project budgets; applying strong cost/benefit analysis and value engineering principles throughout the projectOverseeing the entire construction process from contract award through project closeout, billing, and warranty executionMaintaining consistent documentation and communication with internal stakeholders, subcontractors, and clients to ensuring on-time, on-budget deliveryCultivating and strengthening client relationships, managing conflict resolution, and acting as the primary client-facing project leadProviding on-site supervision as needed to ensuring adherence to performance, quality, and safety standards (hybrid role: both site and office presence)Coaching, mentoring, and supporting team members; contributing to training efforts around company standards and best practicesLeading project meetings and presentations; traveling to job sites as neededRepresenting the company at industry events, maintaining active involvement in professional organizationsSupporting internal DEI initiatives and sustainability goalsDeveloping career paths for direct reports and conducting regular performance reviewsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
