The organization prides itself on providing efficient, reliable, and region-specific shipping solutions.What You'll Do•       Monitor and report incoming cargo arrivals at the warehouse•       Coordinate with customers to determine shipment priorities•       Secure bookings with airlines•       Prepare Air Waybills (AWBs) accurately and on time•       File AES (Automated Export System) on behalf of exporters•       Track and follow up on AES approvals•       Prepare and manage export document pouches•       Coordinate cargo delivery to the airport•       Monitor flight status and proactively update customers•       Report shipment files to finance for invoicing•       Print and manage export documentationWhat We're Looking For•       Experience in air freight or freight forwarding operations•       Familiarity with AES filing and export compliance•       Experience with Magaya Cargo System is a plus•       Strong attention to detail and organizational skills•       Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment•       Good communication skills for customer and airline coordinationWhy Join UsYou'll be part of a dynamic logistics team where your work directly impacts the efficiency of our export operations.
