Title: ICCA School of Art and Design Part-Time FacultyPosition Type: Part-Time FacultySearch Type: External - minimum 7 daysDepartment: 21R010 - College of Letters, Arts & Soc SciDivision: 2R0000 - Academic AffairsPosition Location: Richmond CampusDriver Classification: Non-DriverFLSA: ExemptSchedule Type: Part Time, No Benefits (less than 20 hrs per week)Retirement: NoneContact Person: Ida Kumoji-AnkrahJob Summary/Basic FunctionsThe ICCA School of Art and Design at Eastern Kentucky University invites applications for a part-time faculty position to teach courses in Art, Art History and Graphic Design.Courses may include, but are not limited to: Drawing, Two Dimensional Design, Three Dimensional Design, Digital Media, and Art AppreciationTo be considered to teach undergraduate level courses, applicants should hold an earned Doctorate or Terminal degree in relevant discipline or master's degree with concentration in the teaching discipline (minimum of 18 graduate semester hours) in Art, Art History, Graphic Design or related field from a regionally accredited institution at time of appointment is required.Part-time faculty may teach up to nine credit hours, depending on departmental needs.Applicants will be screened and contacted as departmental needs for part-time faculty arise. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.Unofficial transcripts are acceptable at the time of application.
