The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and executing operational functions to both ensure optimized processes and facilitate company expansion. The Operations Associate will ensure data integrity and continued exceptional service for clients and internal stakeholders.Responsibilities:Support daily reconciliation process, trade settlements, reporting, and overall data integrityAssist with client billing and audit requirementsEngage in daily communication with third-party administrators and custodiansIntegrate newly acquired firms and perform due diligence account maintenanceConsistently streamline workflow and system processesRequirements:Two - Four-year college degree (Finance, Business or Economics preferred)Summer Intern- 1 year of experience working in an operational role (preferably with an RIA)Experience working with Pershing, Charles Schwab and/or Fidelity Institutional platforms (preferred)Knowledge and experience with financial technologies including Orion, Salesforce, (preferred)
