Our employees enjoy a supportive environment, strong leadership, and a workplace where people build long careers.CMC Corporate Solutions is seeking a skilled Boiler Service Technician with strong experience servicing, troubleshooting, and maintaining commercial and industrial boiler systems.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair commercial and industrial boiler systemsPerform preventative maintenance and inspectionsTroubleshoot burner assemblies, pumps, valves, controls, compressors, and safety systemsFamiliarity with common commercial equipment brands: Fulton, RayPak, AercoPerform combustion analysis and system performance checksInterpret mechanical drawings and equipment manualsEnsure compliance with safety and operational standardsMaintain service documentation and maintenance reportsMaintain tools such as combustion analyzersCommunicate with clients regarding system performance and repairsQualifications5-7 years experience servicing commercial boiler systemsStrong knowledge of steam and hydronic heating systemsMechanical, electrical, and controls troubleshooting abilityExperience with combustion systems and burner assembliesStrong diagnostic skillsValid driver's licenseIdeal Qualifications (Not Required)* Familiarity with steam boilers* All-service tech, familiarity with both boiler and chiller systemsCompensation & Benefits$43 - $55 per hour9/80 schedule (every other Friday off)Company vehicleFull benefits package401(k)Life InsurancePTOWork for a company known for excellent culture and long-term careersStable company with virtually no turnoverCMC Corporate Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
