Dear Candidate, We are excited to offer you the position of Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will be a key point of contact for our customers, primarily assisting them through phone & e-mail channels. Your responsibilities will include answering questions and inquiries and handling technical issues.
*Requirements*:
- Fluent English Level (B2)
- Flexible with working fixed shifts and working at New Cairo- Typing Speed must be not less than 40 WPM
-Graduates ONLY (with at least 6-9 months experience in Customer Service)
