Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process.How you'll make an impact in this roleLead the clinical preparation and positioning of patients for cardiac procedures, ensuring their physical and emotional readiness for complex interventions.Advocate for patient safety by performing expert hemodynamic monitoring and administering conscious sedation, maintaining a vigilant watch on vital signs throughout the procedure.Coordinate the patient's care journey by creating and documenting precise care plans, serving as the primary communication link between the patient and the physician.Facilitate seamless diagnostic and therapeutic interventions by managing the setup and delivery of specialized equipment, ensuring the medical team has exactly what they need at every critical moment.Champion positive patient outcomes by monitoring and communicating real-time status changes to the physician before, during, and after the procedure to ensure immediate response to patient needs.What minimum requirements you'll needLicensure / Certification / Registration:BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing required.Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.Education:Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.What additional preferences we're seekingPrefer Bachelors of Science in Nursing.Prefer a minimum of 2+ years of clinical experience in a high-acuity setting, such as the Emergency Department or ICU. Must obtain ACLS within a year of employment.
