I am expected to contributeto our mission statement: to be the best people to do business with in theflooring industry.Essential DutiesThe following are the essential duties that I am expected to be able to perform considering job knowledge, job environment, effort,manipulative skills, judgment, safety knowledge and responsibility.Required Essential Duties Include But Are Not Limited ToHow to start-up a machineHow to run a machineHow to measure pattern length under 40”How to inspect the quality of the carpetHow to perform procedure for starting a new manufacturing orderHow to doff a rollHow to perform housekeeping responsibilitiesReview all other work instructions associated with jobNote: Required to do any other tasks assigned by Supervisor.Job Qualifications And RequirementsEducationMust be able to read, write and possess basic math skills.SkillsMust be a certified MenderExperienceMust have prior mending experienceResponsibilityResponsible for meeting the requirements for safety, quality, productivity, efficiency and housekeeping.Training Required to complete at least one week of training to operate a loop machine.
