You may contact Alan Cook at (207) 846-5577 or alan@cascobayford.com if you have any questions.Job Summary: As a Parts Counter Person, the individual will be responsible for providing customer service and assisting in selling at an auto parts store.Responsibilities:Meet and assist the customer in a courteous and professional manner providing them with the information they needAnswer telephone calls promptly and provide professional service ensuring the customer's needs are metEnsure that incoming inventory is stocked in the correct locationMaintain the parts department in a clean and organized mannerAccurately price parts and accessories using the proper pricing source and keep the computer system up to dateInforming customers of any current specialsDemonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendorsOther duties as assignedQualifications:One or more year's related experience in an automotive parts departmentExcellent customer service skillsProfessional appearance and work ethicAbility to work well in a process driven environmentHigh school diploma or equivalentValid driver license and a good driving recordPhysical Requirements:Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
