Company: The Merrimack Title: Marketing Operations Manager Location: Concord, New Hampshire Position Details: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM FLSA: Exempt, Non-Management Staff Administrative Support Salary: Negotiable based on level of experience between$55.000.00 - $66,000.00   We’re seeking a highly organized marketing professional to support marketing operations across The Merrimack and NHTrust. In this shared-services role, you’ll help execute campaigns, events, presentations, branded materials, and customer feedback tracking while partnering with stakeholders across both organizations. Your Impact Support day-to-day marketing requests for The Merrimack and NHTrust Coordinate campaigns, presentations, branded materials, digital signage, and event preparation Help plan seminars, outreach efforts, sponsorships, and community events Manage vendor coordination and affiliate outreach for selected marketing materials Track approvals, marketing workflows, and customer feedback across both organizations Keep multiple projects on schedule in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment What We’re Looking For About five years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field Experience in financial services, banking, wealth management, or another regulated industry is preferred Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience supporting events, presentations, and brand materials Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel Why Join Us Make an impact across two respected organizations with strong community presence Work on a mix of marketing coordination, events, communications, and brand support Join a team that values accountability, collaboration, integrity, and service We believe in building genuine partnerships that encompass top of the line customer service delivered by a culture of teamwork, integrity and excellence.
