Arkansas Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator, responsible for originating home loans, counseling customers on mortgage financing, and developing new business in a full-time remote role. Key ResponsibilitiesMeet with loan applicants to gather information and answer questions regarding the mortgage process Analyze financial status and credit to determine loan feasibility and set expectations Develop relationships with realtors and community organizations to support business growthRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in a relevant field Three to four years of mortgage experience, particularly in secondary lending Working knowledge of FHA, VA, and conventional loans Familiarity with compliance requirements and regulations Experience with Calyx, Desk Top Underwriting, and/or Loan Prospector
