Job Coach - Northumberland PA

This position is helping to support individuals with disabilities in community integrated employment settings. You will provide on-site training, orientation to company policies and procedures, promote positive attitudes toward work and co-workers, communicate with team members, and monitor progress. A full or part time position is available, up to 37.50 hours per week. The schedule is typically Monday through Friday, with occasional evenings and weekend hours as needed. SUNCOM provides a laptop for staff to document services. We have an excellent benefit package to include paid time off, 11 paid holidays, mileage reimbursement, shift differential, etc.. All staff hired must have a valid PA Driver's License, clean driving record and background checks.
