**Director**We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director to lead business operations, drive growth, and deliver operational excellence across a high-performing division. This executive leadership role partners closely with General Managers and key stakeholders to shape strategy, optimize performance, and accelerate business growth while maintaining full P&L accountability for a $60M+ operation.**Key Responsibilities**+ Lead strategic planning and execution aligned with corporate growth objectives+ Own full P&L performance, driving revenue growth, profitability, operational efficiency, and working capital performance+ Execute commercial growth initiatives, expand market share, and strengthen key customer relationships+ Drive a strategy to significantly grow laboratory revenue within two years+ Champion operational excellence across safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and customer satisfaction+ Lead continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and high performance+ Ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards including ISO 17025, Nadcap, and AS9100+ Develop and mentor high-performing leadership teams while promoting a culture of safety, integrity, and inclusion+ Partner cross-functionally with Finance, HR, Sales, Quality, and Operations teams to achieve business objectives+ Oversee capital planning and capability expansion to support long-term growth**Qualifications**+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or related field; MBA preferred+ 10+ years of progressive leadership experience with full P&L responsibility+ Proven success driving EBITDA growth, operational performance, and business expansion in fast-paced environments+ Strong financial, operational, and strategic leadership capabilities+ Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills+ Experience in industrial, aerospace, manufacturing, or laboratory environments preferredSalary: $200,000 - $250,000 base + lucrative Management Bonus Plan.
