Industrial Maintenance Technician

Industrial Maintenance Technician Malone Solutions is actively recruiting for an Industrial Maintenance Technicians for one of our clients in the Columbus area. There are multiple different shift available. This is a great opportunity for someone who would love on the job training. Previous General Maintenance will be considered. Location: Columbus, IN Shifts: 1st shift 6am-2:30pm 2nd Shift 2pm-10:30pm 3rd Shift 10pm-6:30am Pay: $24-$28 Depending on Experience Job Summary and Primary Objectives: Support the Maintenance Department in the evaluation and troubleshooting of equipment. Provide training to Maintenance Department team members in the areas of Mechanical and Electrical needs. Tasks and Responsibilities: Complete Work Orders assigned. Find areas of improvement for equipment. Support Maintenance TM’s in repairs. Design Equipment. Provide training to Maintenance TM’s. Provide solutions for quality issues. Follow safety policies and procedures Participate in 5S and Kaizen activities Other duties as assigned. Skills and Abilities: Good communication skills. Ability to read blueprints. Good aptitude for math. Good analytical skills and detail oriented. Basic Mechanical and Electrical skills. Highly motivated work ethic and positive attitude.
