Membership Sales Advisor

SHIFT: Monday: 9am-3pm Wednesday: 3pm-9pm Friday: 3pm-9pm Sunday: 8am-1pm BONUS POTENTIAL $: Membership Advisors have an opportunity to bonus each month by reaching their sales targets. This bonus is a potential $400 - $700+ per month. JOB DESCRIPTION Position Summary: The Membership Advisor sells and promotes Kinective Fitness Club memberships, programs, services, and products. Membership Advisors also help motivate current and prospective club members to achieve their fitness goals. They establish personalized relationships with each new and existing club member. The Membership Advisor maintains the business plan and marketing strategies to increase membership retention, membership sales, and drive revenue from Kinective Fitness products and services. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for selling club memberships. Achieves daily, weekly, and monthly acquisition and retention goals through persistent and enthusiastic outreach. Customizes the buying experience by encouraging involvement with our people, programs, and places to align with the unique needs, interests, and goals of each prospective client. Collaborates daily with club leadership to ensure effective onboarding and strong retention of club members. Required: High School Diploma or GED. Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service. Experience in meeting and exceeding goals in a performance-based culture. Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly disposition. Bilingual (English and Spanish). Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, and lift up to 50 pounds. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field. 2 or more years of previous sales experience. Experience with HubSpot Customer Relationship Management system.
