Our community is a short drive to College Station-Texas A&M University, Dallas and Houston.Position Summary:Freestone Lake and Golf is one of our new developments and we are growing! We are looking for Fine Dining Restaurant Servers responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience in a refined, upscale environment. This role requires a deep knowledge of food and beverage service, attention to detail, and a commitment to personalized guest interactions. Servers ensure each guest enjoys impeccable service from the moment they are seated to their final course.Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment, preferredFood Handlers Course or willingness to obtainExtensive knowledge of food, wine, and beverage serviceOutstanding interpersonal and communication skillsProfessional appearance and excellent personal hygieneAbility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as requiredStrong organizational skills and ability to multitask under pressureKey Responsibilities:Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, maintaining a polished and composed demeanor at all timesPresent menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions regarding menu items, wine pairings, and ingredientsAccurately take orders and enter them into the POS systemCoordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order deliveryPerform tableside service including pouring wine, preparing dishes (when required), and clearing courses with elegance and efficiencyMonitor guest satisfaction, anticipate needs, and resolve any service concerns promptlyFollow all food safety and sanitation standardsMaintain clean, organized workstations and restock supplies as neededUphold the restaurant's standards for grooming, etiquette, and uniform appearancePhysical Demands:Ability to work all shifts when required during the day, nights, weekends, and holidaysWalking, standing, some light lifting up to 25 lbsIndoor and outdoor conditionsBenefits Summary (eligibility for full-time positions):Our Total Rewards aims to provide a holistic view of the comprehensive rewards and opportunities you receive as part of our commitment to your growth and success.
