We move quickly, stay collaborative, and care a lot about doing good work with good people.We are a fully remote company with executives based in California and partners around the world.Role OverviewWe’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our Executive Chairman, CEO and executive leadership team. This role is best suited for someone who knows how to work closely with senior executives, stays calm under pressure, and brings a high level of professionalism to everything they do.This is a high-trust role. You’ll manage complex schedules, travel, communications, expenses, and day-to-day coordination for executives who move quickly and work across multiple time zones and business relationships.The right person is organized, sharp, discreet, and proactive. You should be comfortable making judgment calls, handling sensitive information, and keeping things moving without needing a lot of direction.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive SupportManage complex executive calendars across multiple time zonesCoordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and last-minute changesKeep executives prepared for meetings, partner calls, events, and travelSupport the preparation and refinement of executive presentations, PowerPoint decks, and briefing materialsTrack priorities, deadlines, follow-ups and action itemsHelp manage scheduling conflicts and shifting priorities with good judgment and discretionCommunication & CoordinationServe as a point of contact between executives and internal or external stakeholdersDraft and manage professional communications and meeting materialsCoordinate meetings with global partners and the boardAssist with translation and cross-cultural communication support when neededMaintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications and business mattersMeeting & OperationsPrepare agendas, presentations, briefing materials, meeting notes and minutesCoordinate leadership meetings, offsites, and planning sessionsHelp keep projects and conversations organized across the executive teamSupport day-to-day administrative and operational coordination as neededExecutive Expense ManagementManage executive expense reporting, reimbursements, and financial documentation with accuracy and discretionCoordinate expense reconciliation and supporting documentation for external partnersOversee invoice submissions, approvals, and payment tracking for executivesMaintain organized financial records and ensure timely processing of reimbursements and related administrative workflowsTravel & Event CoordinationCoordinate travel logistics, conference attendance, partner meetings, and executive appearancesSupport executive preparation for industry events and international travelAssist with planning executive offsites and company gatheringsQualifications8+ years of experience supporting senior executives or C-level leadershipExperience working in a high-level Executive Assistant, Executive Administrator, or similar roleStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong judgment and ability to handle confidential information professionallyExperience managing complex calendars, travel, expenses, and executive communicationsComfortable operating independently in a fast-paced remote environmentGood experience with either Microsoft PowerPoint or Google SlidesProficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Office, and related productivity toolsBonus PointsExperience supporting executives in gaming, entertainment, media, or technologyExperience working with startup or founder-led teamsExperience coordinating international meetings and partnershipsBenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance401(k) plan available for employee contributionsFlexible work scheduleGenerous PTO and company-observed holidaysRemote-first cultureThe Pay Range For This Role Is130,000 - 150,000 USD per year(Greater Los Angeles Area or Greater Bay Area, CA)
