We prioritize customer satisfaction in every service we offer.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a part-time during training, and then transfer to full-time Pool Technician to join our team for an on-site position based in Nassau and Duval county FL. The Pool Technician will be responsible for maintaining, cleaning, and performing basic maintenance on swimming pools and hot tubs. This includes tasks such as testing and balancing water chemistry, cleaning, inspecting equipment for functionality, and documenting services provided. The technician will also interact with clients to ensure their needs are met and provide recommendations for improved maintenance.QualificationsPrior experience in pool or spa maintenance is a plus but not requiredKnowledge of pool maintenance, cleaning techniques, and water chemistry balancingBasic mechanical skills for diagnosing and addressing minor equipment repairsStrong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocolsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyPhysical ability to lift and carry equipment, work on your feet, and perform tasks in various weather conditionsValid driver’s license and reliable transportation during training
