This position consists of a 20- hour work week. In this vital role, you'll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical leadership and support.RequirementsThe Ideal Candidate:High school diploma or equivalent and 2-5 years building maintenance experiencePrior work experience in a healthcare facility (nursing home or hospital) is preferredPrior supervisory experience and/or leadership skillsKnowledge of general building maintenance practices and proceduresAbility to repair minor mechanical equipmentKnowledge of safety requirements and regulations.
