Design Engineer

To lead overall program governance, cross-functional execution, quality assurance, schedule adherence, customer coordination, and risk management for Fully Integrated Modular Solutions including Packaged Equipment Centers (PEC), Power Distribution Centers (PDC), Integrated Control Houses, and Modular Electrical Buildings.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn complete project lifecycle from kickoff to FAT, shipment, installation support, and closeoutDrive governance across Electrical, Mechanical, Structural, and Manufacturing teamsEnsure schedule compliance, milestone tracking, budget adherence, and issue resolutionManage customer communication with leadership and end clientsLead design review meetings, risk mitigation plans, and change management processEnsure compliance with NEC, IEEE, ANSI, UL, utility, and customer standardsCoordinate engineering deliverables, procurement readiness, and fabrication planningSupport FAT planning, documentation control, and installation readinessTrack KPIs for engineering productivity, quality, delivery, and commercial performanceProvide executive reporting and escalation managementRequired Experience15+ years in EPC / Modular Electrical Buildings / PEC / E-House / Data Center / Utility projectsStrong exposure to switchgear, MCCs, control houses, substations, and packaged systemsProven experience managing multi-discipline engineering teamsFamiliarity with North American project delivery standardsPreferred SkillsPMP certification preferredExperience with Data Center, Utility, Oil & Gas, and Renewable projectsStrong stakeholder management and commercial understanding.
