The ability to start cases the same day and a high acceptance rate is required. Must be proficient in treatment coordination and working with the Doctor to present and close cases. Must be friendly, highly self- motivated, reliable, trustworthy to patients, dental team, and doctors. Excellent communication skills, customer service and organizational skills.Qualifications:Minimum 2+ years of dental office treatment coordination experience.Knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA Compliance StandardsAdvanced knowledge and use of dental terminologyAble to present and close financial arrangements using 3rd party financingHands-on experience with basic computer software (Excel, Word, Google drive etc.)Knowledge in finance and principles of business preferredComputer literate / Dentrix software programsEncouraging all Bilingual in English & Spanish to applyRegistered Dental Assistant or Dental Assistant As a Dental Assistant, you will provide professional dental care that makes patients feel like family. You will provide assistance to the dentist during exams and procedures and complete administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments. The ideal candidate is state-licensed as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) and has at least two years of experience.
