Territory Sales Representative (B2B)Location: Omaha, NB Territory with another opportunity in Rogers, ARIndustry: Material Handling / Industrial EquipmentPosition OverviewWe are hiring a Business Development Manager to take ownership of a defined geographic territory and drive growth through new business development and expansion of existing customer relationships.This role is ideal for a motivated B2B salesperson with 2+ years of territory sales experience who enjoys full-cycle selling, is comfortable with cold calling, and wants a high-upside opportunity in a stable, relationship-driven industry.You’ll sell a full portfolio of new and used equipment, warehouse systems, aftermarket service, and rental solutions, while building long-term partnerships with customers in manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution.Day to Day ResponsibilitiesTerritory OwnershipOwn and manage a defined sales territory with responsibility for revenue growthPlan and execute daily sales activity including prospecting, site visits, and follow-upsNew Business Development (Hunting)Prospect new accounts through cold calling, walk-ins, referrals, and networkingIdentify customer needs and position equipment and service solutionsBuild and maintain a strong sales pipelineAccount Management & GrowthManage and grow existing customer accountsIncrease wallet share through additional equipment, service, systems, and rentalsDevelop long-term relationships as a trusted advisorProduct & Solution SalesSell new forklifts and material handling equipmentUsed equipmentWarehouse and fleet systems (targeting ~20% gross profit)Aftermarket service contracts and partsShort- and long-term equipment rentalsSales ExecutionManage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closeConduct on-site customer meetings and equipment demosCollaborate with internal service, operations, and leadership teamsMaintain accurate CRM activity, forecasting, and territory reporting
